Renegade Rows Kettlebells

  1. Begin in a plank position with hands grasping kettlebell handles.
  2. Maintain shoulder position over hands.
  3. With feet wide, serving as a base, pull one kettlebell off the floor until your hand contacts your chest.
  4. Return the kettlebell to the floor, and pull the other kettlebell off the floor until your hand contacts your chest.
