    Fort Msla is becoming one of my favorite spots to do outdoor workouts. They have nice bars. One for pull-ups, toes to bar, and hangs. One low one for rows. Both bars have multiple hand position options. The run from the workout area is 500 m. There are longer runs marked out as well. The workout area is at the NE corner of the park, off South St. and adjacent to the Hospital.
