    This was one of those days where I could’ve easily skipped the WOD. Yesterday was one of those days too. So instead of giving in, I chose to go heavier than I would’ve and changed the movement to a more technical version. And then didn’t worry about the time. Just moved through it. Work done is always better than not done.
