    Soooo, my question is, do you have a good suggestion for a different way to do dumbbells? We have a set that you can take on/off weight but Curtis usually uses those and I use the little 8pounders that we have had forever. They are better than nothing but not much. Thoughts?

    • For a workout like this, increase the number of reps. For example, if you would’ve chosen 25 lb dumbbells for 12 reps, then maybe 24 reps with 8 lbs would’ve been appropriate. Also, most will settle on two or three dumbbell weights that work for most workouts. Purchasing a couple of fixed weight dumbbells is recommended. After this pandemic is over, I think there will be a lot of home workout equipment showing up on craigslist around Xmas time.
