Daniel has over twenty years of experience as a professional trainer. His 1500 square foot private training studio provides ample space and equipment for one-on-one training and small groups.

Daniel is a Certified CrossFit Trainer (CF-L3) and Precision Nutrition L1 certified. He is working towards becoming a nationally certified Health Coach.

Personal Training

The benefits of personal training are endless. With a customized workout plan tailored to your unique needs and abilities, you’ll see results faster and more effectively than if you exercise alone.

In addition to single training sessions, Daniel offers personal training packages. Training packages require a three-month commitment.

Training packages include:

  • Weekly 60 minute one-on-one training session(s)
  • Monthly InBody body composition analysis
  • Monthly 45 minute coaching call
  • Weekly programming
  • Access to Beyond The Whiteboard fitness tracking app

Group Classes

In addition to personal training, Daniel also provides small group classes.

Daniel’s group classes offer all the benefits of personal training but with a fun, supportive group of like-minded individuals cheering you on every step of the way.

We’ll work together in a dynamic, engaging environment to help you reach your fitness goals and unlock your full potential.

You’ll experience personalized attention and expert guidance in Daniel’s classes, like in one-on-one training. But with the bonus of camaraderie and motivation from working out with a group.

Before joining Daniel’s small group classes, you must complete three personal training sessions.

Individuals with six months of CrossFit or similar athletic training experience may be able to forgo this requirement.
