Daniel has been a professional trainer for over twenty years. He is a Certified CrossFit Trainer (CF-L3) and Precision Nutrition L1 certified, and he is working towards becoming a nationally certified Health Coach.

Daniel integrates over twenty years of study and practice in personal training, martial arts, human behavior, and communication to help people achieve their fitness and life goals.
