Handstands are getting stronger! Aiming at that elusive 1 min handstand.
What are your April goals?
To continue to strengthen my shoulder. Wall pushup are always good for it
Did my own 20min kitchen version of the Missoula CF WOD… with a monkey on my back 😉 personal goal for April is to get into a steady routine of fitness. Larger goal getting all my family to join me. 🙂
