    Wearing a 15 lb weight vest, for time:
    75 double-pump burpees
    Run 1 mile

    When warming up, the thought of the vest crossed my mind. When the voice in my head said “nah,” I knew it had to be.

    Tomorrow’s WOD today
    Three rounds for max reps:
    1 min Kettlebell snatches, 50 lb
    1 min Toes to bar
    1 min Box jumps, 20 in
    1 min Hanging hip touches
    1 min figure 8’s, 50 lb
    1 min Recovery
    Couldn’t get the combat part so just 8s
